A very busy week Owls! This week in Maths we have been comparing numbers and groups of objects using greater than, less than and equal to. The children are excellent at using these symbols! 

In English the children have enjoyed reading our book of the week 'Simon Sock'. We have been reading and retelling the story as well as creating speech bubbles for the characters and creating ideas for other pairs of socks in the story.

In Computing, we have been learning how to use a drawing app. We have been using our existing knowledge from the previous week of 'dragging and dropping' items to our picture. 

In Art, we explored the portrait of Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci. We drew our own Mona Lisa style portraits and explored different shades of brown! 

In Science, we explored the sense of sight and used mirrors to draw what we could see on our faces! 

In History, we have been busy creating a timeline of Jordans School! Well done Owls!
